Private Classes

Private classes allow your company to customize the class to focus the training for your employees. Private classes are limited to 12 students per class.

  • Instructors will work with you in advance to cover answers to specific questions that affect your operations.
  • All students are provided with a complete course manual that they keep.
  • The class can be conducted in our training center or at your location.
  • Class content can be customized to cover features that will help your staff accomplish specific tasks.
  • Customization is generally at no charge. If you require extensive customization, we will let you know any additional costs before we start.

One-on-One Training

One-on-one training can be held at your location, or at our offices in Northampton on Damon Road. (2 min. from Rte. 91, plenty of free, easy parking)

  • Our patient, friendly instructors are all experts in their respective fields, but are also able to work effectively with all skill levels.
  • Since training is individualized, you can take one of our standard classes (see Course Offerings), or design your own class and work on the areas where you need the most help.
  • You will receive the same comprehensive manual available to students in our private classes for after-class reference.
  • You may bring your own files to the training session to get direct help on a project you're working on, or we can provide practice files that will give you the preparation you need to master the software.

Focused Workshops

A workshop is a two-hour training session that focuses on a specific topic. You can use it to work on a specific problem or to learn something new.

Workshops can be hands-on or a demonstration, depending on your needs and the size of your group.

Workshops are ideal for:

  • Providing valuable content at conferences and annual meetings
  • In-service sessions for teachers
  • Giving staff an overview of a new product, such as Windows Vista or Microsoft Office 2007.
  • Covering a topic that doesn't require a full class session
