Summer Class Series!

As many of you kow, we have been conducting classes on-site since closing our training center in Holyoke and moving our offices to Northampton.

However, some of our clients have requested classes at another location. Therefore, we are partnering with Innovative Business Systems to offer classes at the IBS Training Center in Easthampton. We are beginning this effort with a Summer Series of Microsoft Office classes in both 2003 and 2007.

If you're having trouble locating commands in any of the 2007 applications, Microsoft provides an Interactive Guide to make it easier. You can simply click on a command in the 2003 version, and the screen will change to show you where the same command is in 2007!

You can access any of the interactive guides, by clicking the Help button and searching on "interactive guide."

Support

We provide desktop support on an as-needed basis. We can help you meet that deadline with one-to-one assistance at your desk! We also provide longer term support to assist with special projects, conversions, and software upgrades.

In addition, we develop custom applications for Microsoft Office that can automate the work you do on a daily basis:

Database Programming

We provide full development, training and consulting support in Microsoft Access, SQL and FileMaker Pro.

Our database consultants have years of experience programming for numerous local industries. When we start a project, we will assign a project manager to coordinate the job and serve as your main contact. Because we are a company that works as a team (as opposed to a private consultant), someone will always be available when you need assistance.

Our consultants will help you come up with the best solution across a spectrum of possibilities. Because we're a training company, we'll train your staff as much as you want. We won't bind you to us by keeping control of the product. Our goal is to involve you in the development, teach you how to use the database, and then turn over control of the product to you.

Web Site Development

With over 13 years experience developing Web sites for small businesses, we can design, overhaul or maintain your Web site.

After a free initial consultation, we'll give you an estimate for the cost of your page based on the number of hours it will take to complete the job.

You can choose to be as involved in the development of your web site as you wish.  We can develop the site and update it regularly for you, or we can develop the initial site and then train your staff to maintain it internally. In these cases, we are always available for consulting and troubleshooting on an hourly basis.

If you choose to design and/or maintain a web site yourself, we offer classes and one-to-one training in Dreamweaver at both beginner and advanced levels. Private classes and consulting are also available in HTML and Microsoft FrontPage.
