Private On-Site Classes
Private classes allow your company to customize the class to focus the training for your employees.
- Instructors will work with you in advance to cover answers to specific questions that affect your operations.
- All students are provided with a complete course manual that they keep.
- The class can be conducted in our training center or at your location.
- Class content can be customized to cover features that will help your staff accomplish specific tasks.
- Customization is generally at no charge. If you require extensive customization, we will let you know any additional costs before we start.
One-on-one Training
One-on-one training can be held at your location, or at our offices on Damon Road in Northampton.
Our patient, friendly instructors are all experts in their respective fields, and they are able to work effectively with all skill levels.

Budget-Friendly Workshops
A workshop is a two-hour training session that focuses on a specific topic. You can use it to work on a specific problem or to learn something new.
Workshops can be hands-on or a demonstration, depending on your needs and the size of your group.
Workshops are ideal for:
- Providing valuable content at conferences and annual meetings
- In-service sessions for teachers
- Giving staff an overview of a new product, such as Windows 7 or Microsoft Office 2010.
- Covering a topic that doesn’t require a full class session
